Born to Elizabeth Ballard and Brian Murphy, their first, a boy, James MacKinnon Murphy, weighing 7 pounds 11 ounces. James is the first grandchild of Ted Ballard and nephew and cousin to the Ballard and Hobart/Campbell clan. He looks great in his new CIBY onesie.
