Charlotte Hamilton Stilphen St. Cyr, 83 passed away peacefully at the Gosnell Hospice House in Scarborough after a brief illness with her family by her side. Charlotte’s funeral will be held on Thursday Sept. 17th at 1pm at the church followed by a reception at the Parish House.
