Born to Jen and Dan Belvin of Chepachet, RI and Chandler Cove, a son, Andrew Martin Belvin, 8 lbs., 14 oz, 22″ long, Mother and son are well.

Born to Amy and Jon Rich, a daughter, Carly Allison Rich. She weighed 8 lbs 12 oz and was 21 1/2 ” long. Everyone is doing great!

Ross Martindale, 94, died with his son Fred by his side listening to big band music and watching the Ryder Cup. Celebration of Ross’s life will be held on Chebeague at 1pm Sunday, September 28th at the Chebeague Methodist Church.

Born to Polly and Kevin Wentworth, a son and a daughter, Alden Holbrook Wentworth and Olivia Philbrick Wentworth. Alden was 5 lbs 9 oz 18″ long and Olivia was 4 lbs 15 oz 18 1/2″ long. All are doing well.

Ernest S. Ballard, Jr., 83, died in New York. Ernest is the brother of Sam Ballard and Uncle to Ginny and Joe Ballard.

Dennis A. Bogle, 56, lost his fight against lymphoma. His funeral will be September 17th in Lyndhurst, N.J. Sue and Warren are thankful that their families were all present this summer for their daughter, Kim’s wedding.

Margaret “Peggy” Dyer, 68, died on Chebeague. Teree will be a Memorial Service on Monday at 11 at Lindquists and there will be a graveside service at the Chebeague Cemetary Saturday, September 13th at 1pm.

H. Gordon Crowley, 87, passed away in Portland. He and his family have a camp on Stave Island.

Born to Patti (Perkins) and Bob Watanabe, a daughter, Mayumi Lynn Watanabe. She was 7 lbs 12 oz and 20 inches long. Everyone is doing very well.
