Charles Richardson “Dick” Hilly, 64, of Truckee, California passed away after a long illness. Dick is the son of Mary Lee and Chuck Hilly who preceded him in death. He is survived by his sister Kathy Hilly Maskell, wife Dianne, and sons, Mike and Marc.

Scott Wilson Secord, 51, passed away at Maine Medical Center in Portland. Scott was a police officer on Chebeague for a few years and also came summers.

Frank “Skip” Mansfield, 88, died peacefully in Cary North Carolina. Frank grew up and graduated from Chebeague Is School in 1952. A service for him will be Octber 8th, 1pm at the church with a reception to follow at the Parish House.
