Genevieve M. Carter, 101, passed away at home in So. China. She is the sister-in-law to Dianne Calder and Bobby Dyer.

Born to Carlie and Nathaniel Hulme, a son, Niall Foster Hulme, weighing 7 lbs. 9 oz. and a daughter, Tessa Christine Hulme, weighing 5 lbs. 11 oz. Mother and children are all doing well. They were joyfully welcomed by big sister, Addie. They are the grandchildren of Pam and George Hulme and the grgrandchildren of Willoughby Sharp and the late Nancy Sharp.

Born to Kathryn Livesey and Scott Earnest, a son, Carter Tate Earnest. Scott reports that Carter and his mother Kathryn Livesey are both doing well. Carter is the first grandson for Nancy & Bob Earnest.

Captain Warren Everett Doughty Jr., 85, of Gray, passed away at the Androscoggin Hospice House in Auburn ME after declining health.Warren was a brother to Donna Damon, David Miller and Alice Lefebvre.

Scott Elson “Big Bear” McCollom left this earth to join his family in a glorious place called paradise. There will be an informal gathering on Hamilton Beach from 130 to 200 for a Celebration of Life before the family leaves to return his ashes to the sea on Sunday, August 15th.

Charles Preston, 98, died at home following a surgery. Charles was the husband to Linda Wolf’s husbandand brother-in-law to Marcia Howell and Jim Lunt and Jeanne Mullen.

Meigs Frost Hodge, 56, died Sept. 29 in a traffic accident in Alexandria, VA, after apparently suffering a seizure. He was the son of Avis and Paul Hodge and grandson of year-round Chebeague residents Bill and Evelyn Hodge.

Ana-Maria Orive Zaugg [Ani], 99, passed away at Peninsula Hospital (Burlingame, CA) from complications of Covid19. A memorial service for Ana-Maria Orive Zaugg will be held at the Chebeague Church at 1230pm on August 21, 2022 with refreshments after at the Parish House.

Maricel Lopez Hahn, 72, passed away at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, D.C.
