Bates, 95, father to Alison Bates Paradise, father-in-law to Kevin Paradise, grandfather to Caitlin and Devon Paradise died surrounded by his family at The Valley Hospital, Ridgewood, New Jersey on Wednesday March 20, 2019. This awesome WWll Veteran, an avid fisherman and clamdigger will be greatly missed.
